Full time or Part time?

This is an individual decision depending on the time you have available. However you can be sure that whatever you decide you will receive the highest standard of instruction. Remember that we operate 7 days a week & will always try to fit in with your schedule if possible.

| What’s the difference between, Microlights, Ultralights & Recreational Aircraft? |
|
No difference at all. It’s just that different countries call it by different names.

What do the abbreviations mean?

CASA: Civil Aviation Safety Authority
CFI: Chief Flying Instructor
RAA: Recreational Aviation Australia
BFR: Biannual Flight Review – every 2 years
GA:General Aviation

| Can I do some theory before I start? |

Yes, it will help you with your flight training

Will I have my own instructor?

Yes you will. Our school works on a “1 on 1 basis.” This ensures that your training is consistent & that you are comfortable with the instructor that you know. |

How long before I go solo?

Everyone is different.
Remember that the time it takes to go solo is no measure of how good a pilot you are or will be. |
